This webinar is bringing together the current Chief Digital and Information Officer for Health Education England and experienced nurses from the NHS Digital Academy to discuss the importance of supporting the nursing and midwifery workforce to identify, access and realise digital development opportunities.

The webinar will cover:

  • how to identify training and development opportunities
  • how to submit a strong application
  • what is looked for in applications to join training programs, such as the NHS Digital Academy
  • how senior nurses and midwives can support junior colleagues to overcome barriers preventing their participation in training
