Improving pharmacy services using the NHS England Terminology Server

Whilst it’s not strictly SNOMED (more dm+d), there’s obviously a close association and it does really celebrate the NHS England Terminology Server, which is of course very relevant to EPR implementation and driving clinical informatics forwards in the ways your organisation supports. There is a definite patient safety aspect, referenced clearly in the case study.
